The figures for every town, delivered each month, for your report, your product or your newsroom.

What you get

Derived data: each figure as Verithic prepares it from its official source, not a copy of the agency's database.
A JSON file every month, or API access.
On every figure, its source, its period and the date we read it.
Barcelona and surroundings. Madrid, for now, as “transport and rent”, without the Notariado purchase price, until further notice.

What is not included

It is not exclusive, and no license changes a figure or a town's place in the ranking.

Websites, media and blogs

A town's table on your page: Barcelona and surroundings or Madrid, in Spanish, Catalan or English.

What you get

A table that updates itself every month, with the source, the period and the date of each figure.

It carries “Verithic” at the top and a link to the town's page. You pick the town and copy the code.

The same table with your brand instead of ours. The attribution link is no longer needed.

What is not included

The source line is never removed, nor, in Madrid, “Powered by CRTM”: the CC BY licenses and the Consortium's license require them.

The source of each figure, with its period and the date we read it. Each keeps the license of its agency (CC BY 4.0, CC0, the Open Information Use License of Catalonia or ODbL).
In Madrid, “Powered by CRTM” with its link, wherever public transport minutes appear.
Nobody pays to move a town up the ranking or to change a figure. How we do it.
What you can already download at /data stays open for you to work with, citing the source. Building it into a product that repackages it needs a license (terms of use).

We do not publish prices. We reply with a proposal made for your case.
