Verithic (verithic.com) is a project run by Sergio Aguilar, a private individual. Verithic is the project's name; there is no company behind it. Contact: hello@verithic.com.
What the service is
Verithic publishes figures from official public sources to help people decide which municipality to live in. It does not sell property and does not act as an estate agent, mortgage intermediary, or legal or tax adviser.
Estate agents
The register of agents reproduces the official register of the Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya, complete and in alphabetical order. Featured spaces are labelled as such and shown outside the register. Any dealing with an agent is between you and that agent.
Data
Every figure names the body that published it and the date it was read. Sources can change after that date. The information is general and is not professional advice.
Intellectual property
Texts and design belong to Sergio Aguilar. Public data keeps the licence of its source, which is named next to each figure.
