Who is the controller

What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, optional phone), the criteria you provide (location, budget, property type, intent, timing, financing need), and marketing attribution data (landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, device type).
Why we use it
To build your opportunity profile, to match you with relevant market signals and alerts, and — where you meet a partner's stated criteria — to introduce you to a qualified specialist. We record an internal qualification score for operational prioritisation; it is never shown publicly.
Partner introductions
When a lead is matched, your criteria and contact details are shared with the specific partner assigned to the introduction. Partners can only access the referrals assigned to them.
Marketing consent
Marketing email is sent only where you have actively ticked the consent box. Consent is never pre-ticked. We store the consent timestamp and source, and any unsubscribe timestamp.
Cookies and local storage
We store attribution and session identifiers in your browser to measure which channels generate enquiries. No advertising cookies are set by default; any analytics provider is configured by the owner through environment variables.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, withdraw marketing consent, or disable alerts at any time by contacting [OWNER TO COMPLETE: contact email]. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while they remain commercially relevant, then deleted on request or on the owner's documented retention schedule.
