Who is behind it
Verithic is a project run by Sergio Aguilar, a private individual, with no company behind it. He is the data controller: he decides what your data is used for and answers for it. Email: hello@verithic.com.
What we collect
Your email, when you ask for a report, a change alert, the moving calculation or Insights; your name, phone and a good time to call, only if you ask us to call you; the towns you choose and what you answer in the Match and the calculators; if you are a professional and write to us, your company's details and the contact person's; browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies. The email is the only thing we need: without it we cannot send you what you asked for.
What we use it for and on what basis
To send you what you ask for (your request). Insights once a month (your consent). The next day, who can help you, and a month later one email to help you decide (your consent, only if you tick the box, which is never pre-ticked). To put you in touch with a professional (your consent in two steps: you tick the box, we show you who it is, and they receive nothing until you confirm). To measure which pages help with Google Analytics (your consent in the cookie notice). To count visits without cookies and to answer what you write to us (legitimate interest; the count stores nothing that identifies you). The Match ranks towns from your answers: it is a suggestion and decides nothing about you.
Who else handles it
Resend, to send the emails (United States, EU-US Data Privacy Framework); Lovable Cloud (Supabase), hosting and database; Google Workspace, the inbox that receives your replies; and Google Analytics, only if you accept it. A professional receives your details only when you confirm their name. We do not sell your data.
How long
Up to 24 months from your last interaction and, afterwards, for the periods the law requires. If you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you and mark your address so we never do again; to have your data erased, write to us. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and limitation at hello@verithic.com. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like: with the unsubscribe link in every email or, for cookies, from “Cookies” in the footer. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Children
If you are under 14, please do not give us your details.
Cookies
Technical: we keep your cookie choice in your browser's storage and, if you leave your email in the Match, a flag so we do not ask for it again (never the email itself); they do not expire on their own and are cleared from “Cookies” in the footer or by clearing the site's data. Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you press “Accept”; it sets the _ga and _ga_PF086621QB cookies. We use no advertising cookies: advertising storage is denied in the code. Separately, our own count, with no cookies and no IP address, identifier or full referring address. In the connector for AI assistants we also note, again with no IP address or identifier, which tool is used, for which municipality and in which language. Accept, reject or change your choice from “Cookies” in the footer; rejecting takes the same effort as accepting.

We publish professional details from the Registre d'Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya (Agència de l'Habitatge de Catalunya), read on 7 October 2026, on the basis of legitimate interest. You can correct them or object at hello@verithic.com.
