Complete years only. The figures cover tenancies whose deposit was lodged with Incasòl, which is not every rental. Years with fewer than 100 contracts are hatched.

There is a long enough series for 88 of Verithic's 124 towns. The others are not in the search because they do not reach five years with 100 or more registered contracts.
