Of the 167 towns in the Community of Madrid, 135 have a Cost index and 166 have a Connections index and 167 have a Services nearby index. Best on Cost: Estremera, 93/100, with 811 €/m² to buy, used homes (Notaries); 316 €/month median rent for a flat (Ministry); 0.4 % IBI rate (percentage of cadastral value). Best on Connections: Pozuelo de Alarcón, 100/100, with 19 min by car to Sol; 18 min by car to Nuevos Ministerios.
