Rent, year by year

What it measures and where it comes from

Euros a month: the median rent declared to the tax office (SERPAVI) for a flat, from the rents landlords declare to the tax office, new and old tenancies. Median means half are below and half above. It is not euros per square metre, nor what adverts ask today.
